How Do I Get Tickets?
Tickets will not be on sale on the day of the festival.
Two day tickets are on sale online and from selected shops. Day tickets are only available in limited numbers online or from any Undercover gig.
Please see our page on Gigantic where you can buy tickets online.
OR you can get tickets in person face value at any Undercover Event
OR in person from the following retail outlets
- Intense Records (Viaduct Rd + Meadows Shopping Centre Stores, Chelmsford)
- Sounds of the Suburbs Records (Ruislip)
- Dirt (Norwich)
At the moment they are only selling a limited number of 2 day tickets, when they sell their allocated tickets it is unlikely they will be allocated any more, so best get in quick.
Can I Get A Refund?
Like any other festival or gig we cannot refund unwanted tickets, sorry.
Like other promoters except if an event is cancelled, we are not able to offer refunds.
We do our best to keep quality alternative live music going, your support is appreciated.
I Have Lost My Ticket, Can I Get A Replacement?
Like any other event, ticket agency or box office, we cannot replace lost tickets so make sure you keep them safe!
Getting Wristbands on the day
On arrival you will be directed to Wristband Exchange.
If you have ordered an e-ticket you will need ID and either a mobile version or a print out of the ticket.
Please note that ticket exchange closes 9pm each day, there will be NO admittance or readmittance after this time.
We do this for every Undercover event this way it discourages pi**heads and all that entails.

Information for Disabled Ticket Holders
It is very important to us at Undercover, that we ensure that the event is accessible as is reasonably possible, to everyone, and all aspects of accessibility are reviewed regularly, to ensure improvements can be made, where required, on an ongoing basis.
This includes the availability of accessible disabled parking, wheelchair access, disabled toilets.
We strive to do all we can to make Undercover as accessible as possible. As with any event where some of it is in the open, weather conditions and uneven ground in parts, on a grassed site, need to be taken into consideration, when using a wheelchair or mobility scooter, and for wet weather conditions, suitable clothing, footwear, etc, is recommended.
This year we are unable to provide a viewing platform but this will be in review if we go for a festival at this location in 2026.
As we are only a small festival we will be unable to provide carer tickets, this is a shame but faced with financial constraints this is not possible this year.
If it is the case that access to the toilets when you are on site is an issue, please speak to one of the stewards or security and we can look at how this can be resolved on a reasonable basis.
Queues – If trying to get to ticket exchange is an issue can you or a friend please speak to one of the stewards or security and we can fast track you.
